Some love stories are written over time and ours is filled with moments that feel like fate. In 1996, KC moved from Pontiac to Lapeer, while Renel moved from Lapeer to Pontiac. We were so close to crossing paths, yet not quite ready to meet.

Years later, we discovered just how much we have in common. From sharing the same favorite color purple to both having the same exact 1980 baby’s first Christmas ornament, to our mirrored birthdays (8-24-80 and 2-4-80), it feels like our lives were always quietly aligned.

We love rap and R&B, dancing in the kitchen, fashion, football, and good food but what matters most to us is our shared love for God and family. Together, we are uniting our beautiful family of six sons and two grandsons.

We can’t wait to continue this journey together and celebrate our love with all of you.
